NOLTE NEO DESIGN ELEMENTS

The Florian is a multi-unit residential project rooted in the historic character of Gramercy and reimagined through a contemporary classic approach. This one is special, 7 Haus didn’t just furnish the kitchens, but design every interior and outdoor space.

For this development, 7 Haus delivered 54 open kitchens outfitted with nolteneo cabinetry, the luxury line of Nolte Küchen.

Across a range of layouts, including U-shaped and galley configurations the design intent was to create kitchens that consistently express sophistication and quiet luxury, while remaining highly functional. Nolteneo’s signature details, satin glass interior drawers, integrated interior lighting, and refined fronts in oak graphite, solid graphite with anti-fingerprint technology, and manganese bronze glass, introduce depth and precision to each space. The matrixART manganese bronze finger-recessed pulls subtly reference the building’s architectural accents.
